Push the bass

I am looking for a good DI + sound modeller for my bass. Right now I have issues related to hiss sound and things like that, which I want to eliminate. And when a DI out from my Hartke amp, I get a clean sound ( totally oblivious to all the settings that I have done on the amp knobs !) I would want a colored tone going into my Audio interface. Looking for more options.
